Booking Terms & Conditions

1. The “Property” known as “Ferrandou” is offered for holiday rental to the “Client” subject to confirmation by the “Owners”, Mr R. Hollis and Ms. E. Almira or their authorised agent.

2. To reserve the “Property” the “Client” should complete and submit the booking form. Upon receipt of the booking form, the “Owners” or their authorised agent will advise the "client" of the required deposit and final date this is to be received and send a confirmation Invoice and Statement. This is the formal acceptance of the booking.

3. The balance of the Rent is payable within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by due date, the “Owners” or their authorised agent reserve the right to notify the "Client" either by telephone or by mail that the reservation is cancelled.

4. The “Client” is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party’s personal belongings, public liability, accidents during the holiday period etc., since these are not covered by the “Owner’s” insurance.

5. The rental period shall commence at 4 pm on the first day and end at 10 am on the last day; rentals are normally from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed by both parties. The “Owners” shall not be obliged to offer the accommodation before the time stated and the “Client” shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after time stated unless agreed by both parties.

6. The maximum number of people to reside in the “Property” must not exceed four unless the “Owners” have given prior permission.

7. The “Client” agrees to be a considerate tenant, take good care of the “Property”, and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. Although a final clean is included in our prices, the “Owners” reserve the right to make an extra charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the “Client” leaves the “Property” in an unacceptable condition.

8. The “Owners” shall not be liable to the “Client” for any temporary defects or stoppage in the supply of public services to the “Property”; any loss, damage or injury which is a result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control of the “Owners”.

In any event of loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the “Client” if the “Property” shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period, the “Owners” shall refund to the “Client” all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period. Under no circumstances shall the “Owners” liability to the “Client” exceed the amount paid for the rental period.
